At Purple Mu, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refund policy regarding physical products below.
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for physical products that arrive damaged due to shipping errors on the part of Purple Mu. To qualify for a refund or replacement, please follow the steps outlined below:
Contact Us: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Please provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the item and packaging.
Return the Item: Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the damaged product. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging where possible.
Processing Refunds or Replacements: Refunds or replacements will be processed once the damaged item is returned to us. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will only be provided for the cost of the product; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the damage was caused by a shipping error for which Purple Mu is responsible.
Please note that digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. All sales of digital products are final as these items are intellectual property and cannot be returned.
Shipping Area: We currently offer shipping within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas only. Shipping outside of The Bahamas is not available at this time.
Shipping Options: We provide several shipping options, which you can select at checkout. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the option chosen.
Store Pickup: Customers can also choose to pick up their orders in-store. Details regarding the pickup location and available times will be provided during the checkout process.
